Pharmacy Weight Loss Coalville is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Coalville and the surrounding areas of the United Kingdom. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council regulations and UK pharmacy law.
To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and a resident of the United Kingdom. You must complete our medical questionnaire honestly and in full. We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw service if we believe it would not be clinically appropriate for you.
Our services are not suitable for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, individuals with certain pre-existing medical conditions, or those currently taking medicines that may interact with prescribed treatments. Our clinical team will assess your suitability at every stage.
All prescription medicines are issued only following a clinical review of your completed medical questionnaire by one of our registered prescribers. A valid prescription will be generated where clinically appropriate and dispensed by our GPhC-registered pharmacy.
We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following consultation. Our prescribers act solely in the interest of patient safety and clinical appropriateness. You must inform us of any changes to your medical history, current medications, or health status before each order.
Prescription medicines supplied by us are for your personal use only and must not be shared with others.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely using encrypted payment technology. Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend our pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated clearly before you complete a purchase. You will never be charged more than the price confirmed at checkout.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Deliveries are made via a tracked courier service to your specified UK address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays or incorrect delivery information provided by you. It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is accurate and that someone is available to receive your parcel if a signature is required.
You may cancel your order at no charge before it has been approved by our pharmacist. Once a prescription has been issued and your order dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund due to the nature of prescription medicines and legal requirements governing their return.
If your order is declined at the clinical review stage, you will receive a full refund within 5 to 10 working days. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible via the contact details on our website.
The information provided on our website and during consultation is intended to support, not replace, the relationship between you and your GP or other healthcare professionals. We strongly encourage you to inform your regular doctor of any weight loss treatment you receive from us.
Weight loss results vary between individuals. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. If you experience any adverse effects or unexpected symptoms, you must stop taking your medication and seek medical advice immediately.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
